NailHandy ships to the United States and 58 more countries.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to the US, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom and Ireland, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore. If your country appears in the country list at checkout, we ship there. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All NailHandy sets are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is accepted. During peak seasons or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

 

SHIPPING TIME

US standard shipping is delivered by USPS, UPS, or DHL eCommerce and usually takes 10-15 business days. International delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other events outside our control. We currently do not offer expedited or express shipping.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Free US shipping on orders over $70, and on any US order of 3 or more items. Rates for all other orders are shown at checkout. Product discounts, such as our set-count savings, are listed on product pages and applied automatically in your cart.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility.

 

TRACKING

When your order ships, we send a tracking email. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information, then reach our team for support.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided and a shipment is returned to us, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility once an updated address is confirmed.
