Shipping policy

NailHandy ships across the United States.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All NailHandy sets are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is accepted. During peak seasons or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

 

SHIPPING TIME

US standard shipping is delivered by USPS, UPS, or DHL eCommerce and usually takes 10-15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. We currently do not offer expedited or express shipping.

 

SHIPPING COSTS AND PROMOTIONS

Free US shipping on orders over $50. Orders over $90 get 10% off. Orders over $120 get 15% off. Rates for orders under $50 are shown at checkout.

 

TRACKING

When your order ships, we send a tracking email. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information, then reach our team for support.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided and a shipment is returned to us, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility once an updated address is confirmed.
