At NailHandy, we’re committed to delivering premium, handcrafted press-on nails you’ll love wearing. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work with you to fix it.

30-Day No-Hassle Returns

Every item comes with 30 days of no-hassle returns, counted from the day your order is delivered. Changed your mind, or the set just isn’t you? You can return it.

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, with the nails, adhesive tabs and accessories intact.
  • Email support@nailhandy.com with your order number to start a return. We reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Once the item arrives back with us, we refund the full item price to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are not refunded.

30-Day Full Refund / Free Replacement

The following reasons are covered by our 30 Days FULL Refund / FREE Replacement Policy. If you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item.

  • Item received is defective, damaged, broken, or does not work properly.
  • Item received is different from the description or the product customization.
  • Incorrect or mismatched size.
  • Lost or missing items.

The following are not covered. We are not liable for these issues.

  • Requests made more than 30 days after product delivery.
  • Items that have been worn, or damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Slight color variations due to monitor settings are not considered defects.
  • Reshipping costs when a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

  1. Name on the order
  2. Order number
  3. What you would like to do: return, replacement, or refund
  4. For damaged or incorrect items: a short description and clear photos of the problem

  • Use our Sizing Guide before purchase to ensure the best fit.
  • Read product descriptions carefully to understand shape, length, and finish.
  • Review your order carefully before placing it. Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
